In March 2004, our credentials earned us the certification to add Medicare-reimbursed, skilled care to our suite of in-home services. Our team responds quickly to answer the needs of physicians so patients receive expert, immediate care upon discharge from the hospital or nursing home.
Our attentiveness to individual patient care is just one of the many reasons why doctors refer us when their Medicare-approved patients need home care. We have an efficient and thorough method of transferring patient information and completing the paperwork in order to get the patient back home and the prescribed therapy started.
